Wabash Valley Habitat for Humanity needs your help and support today.  We offer volunteer opportunities for:

• Construction site(s)

• The ReStore

• Habitat business office

• Committees such as:

  • Family Selection (home owner application screening and selection)

  • Family Support (assisting the family through the construction/purchase process)

  • Faith Relations (working with local ministries and church groups to recruit volunteers and house sponsorships)

  • Fund Raising (brainstorming ideas for raising funds to build houses; working with corporations and individuals on donations, events and other fundraising efforts)

  • Site Acquisition (working with the city and other resources in acquiring land sites for new builds)

  • Financial Planning (working with the Executive Board and the Executive Director on the annual budget and financial record keeping

  • Resource Development (working with local suppliers and contractors to develop opportunities for in-kind donations and pro bono skilled labor in critical areas such as plumbing and electrical work)
